Production & Handling Times

Every MisterBlacksmith product is custom-made to order. Our standard production time ensures that your order is crafted with precision and care.

Standard Handling Time: Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, it is shipped via FedEx or Ups. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–14 business days.

Order Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages, Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@misterblacksmith.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Customs & Duties: For international shipments from our workshop, please note that any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
