Return & Refund Policy

At Mister Blacksmith, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom Orders & Fees

Because every handrail is custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot resell them as standard inventory.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@misterblacksmith.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days of approval (minus the restocking fee and shipping costs).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
